Event Coordinator

We are looking for a successful and enthusiastic event planner to produce events from conception through to completion. Event coordinator responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service and organizing memorable events that meet quality expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits and on budget
  • Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts
  • Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders
  • Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality
  • Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as schedule, decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc
  • Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations
  • Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities
  • Cooperate with marketing and to promote and publicize event
  • Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems onsite.
  • Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes
  • Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest

Requirements

  • Proven prior experience as an events planner or organizer
  • Examples of previously managed events (meetings, parties, corporate events)
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related
  • Must be able to travel ~25% per month, or on occasion up to 40%.per month

Marketing Analyst

We are looking for a successful and enthusiastic marketing analyst focused on B2B marketing including creating maintaining and distributing content executed via specific campaigns. The role will work closely with colleagues and event coordinator in developing strategies around raising awareness of our solutions and increasing attendance to events.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for development and implementation of marketing programs or projects that support organizational marketing objectives
  • Works individually or within a team to analyze market conditions, develop marketing forecasts, estimate costs, conduct marketing tests, etc.
  • Plans, creates and/or produces marketing communications and/or promotional materials to implement marketing projects and programs
  • Coordinates and develops communication strategies and messages for customer audience
  • Develops applications from customer profiling, segmentation, geographic analysis, customer retention and customer acquisition methodologies
  • Collects and analyzes data to identify market trends and potentials, user biases and preferences, etc.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, digital media or a related field is required. 
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably with some prior experience.  Must be able to travel ~25% per month, or on occasion up to 40% per month. 
  • Strong written/verbal skills, excellent project management skills, and creativity with focus on delighting customers. 

The ideal candidate will also be able to do the following:

Job Description

  • Be responsible for SAP ISU-Device Management solution design on client projects
  • Experience in at least 2 utilities (Water, gas, electric)
  • Lead customer workshops and document Business Process Designs
  • Be able to design and configure all major areas of device management
  • Write strong functional and technical specifications for client enhancements
  • Provide best business practices and thought leadership to clients
  • Support the project manager to validate and ensure the quality of deliverables
  • Mentor less experienced consultants
  • Assist with answering requests for proposals for CR&B services
  • Assist with other CR&B sales and marketing activities

Minimum Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in SAP CR&B
  • 3 full life-cycle implementations of SAP CR&B with any of the major system integrators
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Experience working with an offshore development team
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or computer science
  • Open to 100% travel to client sites
  • Authorized to work within the United States

AMI Consultant

Job Description

  • Be responsible for SAP AMI solution design on client projects

  • Ensure proper system integration among various AMI technology solutions

  • Provide business best practices and thought leadership to clients

  • Mentor less experienced consultants

  • Support the project manager to validate and ensure the quality of deliverables

  • Provide AMI planning services to utility clients

  • Participate in the development of innovative AMI products and services

  • Assist with strategy planning for the AMI Practice

  • Assist with answering requests for proposals for AMI products and services

  • Assist with other AMI-related sales and marketing activities

Minimum Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in SAP CR&B
  • 3 full life-cycle implementations of SAP CR&B with any of the major system integrators
  • At least one full Implementation (including blueprinting) of the SAP “MDUS” AMI solution
  • At least two full-lifecycle implementations as an SAP CR&B consultant specializing in the area of Device Management or Billing
  •  Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or computer science
  • Open to travel to client sites
  • Authorized to work within the United States
