This past year has been successful for Utegration. Customer Engagement has been the focal point for Utilities in the digital transformation era, in which SAP is forging the way. While implementing new technology, Customer Engagement continues to be a main focus in 2017.

Fortis alberta

Our initial implementation with Fortis Alberta which encompassed real-time search-engine capabilities to offer instant Insight- to-Action based on SAP Fiori and HANA has also been successful.

Future Trends

2017 will be the year of Digital Disruption and Cloud adoption as Utilities look for ways to enhance their Customer Engagement footprint and revenue stream. Utegration is embarking on one of the first full fledged Hybris implementations of its kind in the North America Utilities industry.
